Ekin Karamalak is passionate about innovative products and technologies that shape the future of work, human development, and wellbeing. As a 212 Venture Fellow, she brings her knowledge and expertise in e-commerce, consumers, EdTech, innovation, product development, go-to-market strategies, growth, and business strategies. She has worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in consumer, education, TMT, and banking in Turkey, the Middle East, and Europe. Her focus on Leap projects has helped clients build and scale new businesses and products. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and is an MBA candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
