She is a Business Category Leader – Women’s Health & Child Care at Philips, helping deliver a breakthrough in baby bottle innovation, and spearheaded the design of new ways of working for Philips Personal Health. As a Business Unit Director, she established a high-performing and passionate global cross-functional team at Danone, and led new business development initiatives at Danone Baby Nutrition, as well as leading consumer and medical marketing departments for Danone France. During her time as Global Senior Brand Manager for Aptamil at Danone Nutricia in Amsterdam, she developed and turned the Immunity Milks into a global brand. She has held other various brand management roles at Danone Dairy & Danone Baby and Unilever, and was once part of the first women-only sailing team doing offshore racing in Türkiye, coming in 2nd and 1st in the International Women’s IRC Cup in 2008 and 2009.
