Erim Hayretci is an undergraduate studying Design Engineering at Imperial College London. He currently works at Guerrilla, an eco-tech start-up tackling urban water pollution, where he supports both engineering and fundraising efforts. At Guerrilla, he helped secure a £1M seed round by preparing the data room, refining the investment narrative, and engaging with early-stage investors. He also contributes to the company’s international growth strategy, targeting dense urban markets like Singapore and India.

Previously, Erim gained experience in UX, product design, and systems engineering, applying a human-centred, technology-forward approach to venture building. He is passionate about creating and scaling products that blend physical systems, digital tools, and user experience to drive sustainable and intelligent innovation.
