Oguzhan Karaca
Oğuzhan is building Derya, a YC S26-backed full-stack AI freight forwarding office that aims to modernize logistics operations with AI-native automation. Before Derya, he built Ivy Consultants into a six-figure ARR education business run on AI autopilot. He also brings experience across law and logistics through his time at Oxford and previous roles at Ceva/CMA CGM, alongside editorial and leadership roles including Oxford Law Journal Editor and Treasurer of Pembroke Student Union.
Mert Turna
Mert Turna is a co-founder of Derya Maritime. A Computer Science student at UCLA, Mert brings a strong background in logistics technology. He previously developed AI solutions for trucking brokers at Hemut (YC ’24) and built enterprise level software systems for ship management.
