Venture Partner Ali Aydın Pandır is a seasoned business leader with over 40 years of executive experience in the global and Turkish industries. He has led major multinational organizations across automotive, steel, construction, and chemicals, including serving as CEO and Chairman of Erdemir Group, CEO of Tofaş (a Fiat–Koç joint venture), and President of Tekfen Holding. Over his 17 years abroad, he held senior leadership roles at General Motors in Europe and Asia, managing operations across eight countries. He currently serves as a non-executive board member at several companies, including Doğan Holding, Koza Polyester, Naturel Holding, Abdul Latif Jameel, and the Propeller Club. Mr. Pandır holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
