Doğukan graduated from the University of Buckingham with a degree in Business and Financial Management, where he developed an interest in corporate finance, valuation, and IFRS reporting. He began his career in auditing at KPMG Turkey and later joined PwC as an experienced associate. Over three years, he was involved in various audit engagements across the energy, real estate, and tourism sectors, often dealing with complex structures like holdings and joint ventures. He left PwC as an experienced Senior Audit Associate after working on PCAOB audits and German GAAP reporting for U.S.-listed and German-based PwC Germany clients. At 212, Doğukan is part of the finance team and is responsible for fund operations, financial reporting, SPV management, and audit coordination.
