Gizem is a General Partner at 212 NexT, bringing over 20 years of international experience in equity and debt financing, M&A, and venture capital.

At MEXT Technology Center, she led an early-stage tech venture initiative focused on Industry 4.0 and sustainability. At the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Gizem managed debt and equity transactions for infrastructure projects across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. At Pragma Corporate Finance she led M&A projects in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and chemicals. Earlier in her career, she contributed to M&A activities and public-private partnerships at RWE Thames Water in the UK.

Gizem holds an MSc in Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from Middle East Technical University.
