Murat has built a career spanning global finance and investment. Starting at Bear Stearns in 2000, he later worked with Global Securities and Is Investment in Türkiye, managing M&A and capital market transactions. From 2012-2020, Murat led investments across EMENA at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group). Most recently, he headed the private equity and venture capital team at Re-Pie Portfolio Management. His board experience includes TEI-Gurmetal (2021-2024) and Link Bilgisayar, a public software company. Murat lives in Istanbul with his wife and two daughters.
