Orcun is a Fulbright Scholar studying International Affairs with a focus on economic and political development at Columbia University. His research and professional interests intersect in exploring how technology and innovation catalyze development in emerging markets. Prior to his graduate studies, he worked as a development consultant, advising various stakeholders in their projects aimed at advancing the United Nations’ SDG agenda. Orcun holds a degree in Economics and International Relations from Koç University, Istanbul.
