Sure Kose Ulutas

Sure Kose Ulutas began her career at Accenture Turkey and after serving in various leadership roles during the company’s rapid growth journey, she most recently served as the Country Director of Human Resources. Following her role in Turkey, she joined the Accenture US team, where she held different positions to develop global talent strategies. In 2018, she founded Melon, a consulting firm specializing in Human Resources and Culture, providing services to growing startups/technology companies. With over 15 years of experience, Sure has led HR projects during companies’ growth processes and has been involved in various initiatives to improve employee experience and enhance productivity.

As the founder of the first People and Culture consultancy firm with a strategic focus on growth for startups in Turkey, Sure and her team continue to provide consulting services to numerous scaling technology companies in Turkey, Europe, US, Middle East, while generating industry-specific insights for Turkey.

Sure’s main motivation is to contribute to the growth of technology companies by creating innovative solutions in the areas of human resources and culture. Among all aspects of company culture, leadership development and translating strategy into action are the two critical areas for Sure, as she believes in the importance of enabling employees to realize their potential through effective leadership and prioritization.

Sure holds a degree in International Relations from Dokuz Eylül University. She has also completed the Human Resources Management Program at Bocconi University and holds a Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration from Boğaziçi University.
