Baransel is an operations and growth leader with over eight years of international experience across tech, micro-mobility, and last-mile delivery at fast-scaling startups. He graduated from Galatasaray High School, earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University, and later completed a Master’s in Financial Management at Politecnico di Milano. He has led market launches and operational scale-ups in five countries, holding senior responsibilities across operations, cross-functional execution, and commercial leadership. At Getir, he played a key role in scaling nationwide operations in Turkey and driving expansion into France, Italy, and Spain, including navigating complex post-acquisition integrations.
His background spans market expansion, team leadership, and post-M&A integration management; he is fluent in five languages and is based in Paris.
